Extenuating Circumstances Form – For students studying at UWN – See below
The Extenuating Circumstances application form must be completed online via MyTSD – please access the form under the ‘Data Changes and Forms’ tab on the ‘Forms’ menu. A user guide to the process is available on MyTSD.
Please note: The MyTSD form only shows the assessments for modules in the current 2023/24 academic year. If you wish to apply for a module that you enrolled on in a previous academic year, please email: aocases@UWN.ac.uk
GA16 - For students studying at UWN: The Student Request to Withdraw form (formerly GA16) must now be completed online via MyTSD – please access the form under the ‘Data Changes and Forms’ tab on the ‘Forms’ menu. A guide is available on MyTSD.
